How important is the environment I exercise in?

I always like being in an exercise space that is inviting, clean, and encouraging. Unfortunately, that’s not always possible. After traveling all over the globe and working out in every imaginable environment I can say I’ve seen it all. You must fight off the urge of being a prima donna and be grateful for what you do have.

This does not mean putting yourself in dangerous situations but rather making the best of what’s currently available.
