Is it possible to get too much rest between sets?
Mark Thompson
Yes, this would also be known as, cooled down. To perform at our best we need to have our heart rate elevated slightly, have an increased core temperature, and have the nervous system primed.
If we aren’t warmed up properly or have cooled down too much, our performance will suffer as well as our change of injury will increase.
