What motivates you to go to the gym everyday?

For me, there is one simple answer, to look good naked. I guess feeling good and having tons of energy come in at a close second.
Now to be fair, I’m not at the gym every day, 5 days a week is plenty but I am active everyday.
This means getting my heartrate up over 100 bpm for a 30 minute duration.
