There seems to be 2 sure fire ways to this, growth and contribution. Growth can be achieved by actively working on being a better man or woman on a daily, even minute by minute basis. Practice living your fullest expression. Contribution has to be the number one way to finding self-worth.
The act of giving, especially to strangers can give anyone the boost they need. Remember giving doesn’t necessary have to come in the form of money. We can give by service, by holding a door, even by giving a warm smile to someone who really needs it.
