Questions

What are some of the things I can do to motivate myself to go past that comfort zone enough to have the highest gains?

Brianna Wellbrock

I always like to tell my clients, get comfortable with discomfort. Stop settling for good enough, you deserve what’s best!

You have to think of the things you are fighting for in life and hold those thoughts in your head, telling yourself with each struggle up and breath out that you are not going to let yourself, your friends, your family and your dreams down, not today, not ever.

Muhammad Ali used to say that he imagined all the years of slavery of black people and all the hate and anger that surrounded the suffering of his people, and he told himself that he couldn’t let them down by giving in to the comfort zone.

The only way to win, is to stay above the comfort zone.
